I’m Thomas Beshke, a digital designer and creative marketer based in Detroit, Michigan.
I create brands, websites, videos, motion graphics, and marketing assets that help people understand a business faster and remember it longer. My work is visual, but it is also practical. It has to look good, feel right, and actually help the business, creator, or organization behind it.
I started designing in 2018, making graphics for YouTubers, Twitch streamers, and online creators. That early work taught me how fast people decide what feels professional, what feels interesting, and what they want to keep watching. What started as a hobby became freelance work, then eventually Pixel Pulse, my own creative studio.
Since then, I’ve worked on nearly 800 projects across branding, motion, video, web, social content, and marketing. Some of those projects were for local businesses. Others were for creators and campaigns connected to audiences of more than 76 million followers. The scale has changed over time, but the goal has stayed the same: make strong creative work that is clear, useful, and hard to ignore.
Education:

I’m a graduate of the University of Detroit Jesuit High School & Academy, class of 2022.
In 2023, I returned as a guest instructor for the freshman Digital Design class in Adobe Illustrator. The lesson I developed was so well received that it became the final project for the semester.
Signature Projects:

At BVM Studio, I served as Creative Director, leading brand identity, visual direction, and post-production for digital shows, creators, and media projects.
One of my signature projects was the branding and creative direction for Is This For Kids?, a podcast hosted by Jonathan Blevins and Katie Ruvi. BVM Studio brought me in after earlier design rounds did not land. I developed a new visual direction, the final logo was selected from the concepts I presented, and the project grew into a full set of post-production and promotional assets. As the show expanded, it secured sponsorships from EWTN, Bark, VidAngel, and Regal, helping it reach a wider audience and strengthen its production quality. The project continued to grow in scale and impact, eventually leading to its acquisition by EWTN in 2024.
I also created the branding and design assets for Family Fortnite Friday, a weekly live show featuring Ninja and BeardedBlevins. The show needed a visual identity that felt fun, recognizable, and built for a live digital audience. That creative work helped strengthen the show’s presentation and supported its growth, eventually helping secure sponsorship from Ninja Slushi.
Charity and Creator Campaigns:

For two consecutive years, I served as Lead Motion and Sound Designer for the Gamers Outreach Streamathon Spooktacular, a major charity event that brings the gaming community together to support children in hospitals.
My work helped shape the event’s visual and audio experience across motion graphics, sound design, and stream-ready assets. During those two years, the event raised more than $1.6 million in direct donations, helping fund interactive play experiences for children in hospitals across the country.
Marketing, Web & Business Growth:
More recently, my work has expanded deeper into marketing strategy, web, and business growth.
At Rose Roofing & Restoration, within my first year I was promoted from Digital Marketing Specialist to Senior Marketing Specialist. In that role, I led creative work across web, email, social media, video, branding, recruiting, and internal training.
After noticing major opportunities to improve the company’s digital presence, I audited, rebuilt, and launched a new company website. The goal was not just to make the site look better. It needed to become a stronger lead-generation platform for the business.
That experience changed the way I think about creative work. Design is not just decoration. A good website can create trust. A good email campaign can recover lost interest. A good video can teach, recruit, sell, or clarify something that words alone cannot.
Pixel Pulse Design Studio:

I founded Pixel Pulse to take on creative projects with more flexibility and range.
Through Pixel Pulse, I’ve worked with local businesses, startups, creators, schools, nonprofits, and growing brands on identity systems, motion graphics, content packages, digital campaigns, and visual storytelling.
The studio gives me room to work across different industries without being boxed into one type of design. One project might need a logo and brand system. Another might need motion graphics, video editing, social content, or a full campaign. I like being able to see the bigger picture and build the pieces that support it.
What I Bring to a Project:

I bring a rare mix of design, marketing, video, web, and creative direction.
I can build a logo, animate a launch package, edit a campaign, design a website, write the message, structure the funnel, and make sure everything feels like it belongs to the same brand.
That range matters. A lot of creative projects fall apart because the pieces do not connect. The brand looks one way, the website says something else, the videos feel unrelated, and the campaign has no clear direction. My strength is bringing those pieces together so the final result feels intentional from start to finish.
Design Philosophy:

My design philosophy is simple: creative work should be beautiful, useful, and clear.
A strong identity should tell people who you are before they read a paragraph. A good video should hold attention for a reason. A website should guide people somewhere. A campaign should feel consistent enough to build trust.
Every project should have a purpose. If something does not help the message, the brand, or the person viewing it, it probably does not belong.
